Crowe (SB 77) Act No. 22
Prior law provided relative to the La. International Deep Water Gulf Transfer Terminal
Authority. Further provided for the jurisdiction of the authority over a structure, a series of
structures, or a facility constructed after 8/1/2008 in Plaquemines Parish within certain
coordinates.
New law retains prior law and expands the jurisdiction of authority as follows:
