Creates the Capitol Complex Task Force to study the capitol park with respect to the state
capitol building, traffic congestion, Capitol Lake, and the surrounding infrastructure and
make recommendations to the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget no later than
March 1, 2014, and report annually to the legislature.
