Directs the secretary of the Department of Economic Development and the executive director
of the La. Workforce Commission to provide contractual and employment information
relative to businesses and employers pursuant to the Gulf Opportunity Zone and Quality Jobs
Programs for the past three years and to report the information to the Senate Local and
Municipal Affairs Committee prior to the 2014 RS.
