driver's license, he has not had any of the following:
(a)More than one license, except for a military license.
(b)Any license suspended, revoked, or cancelled.
(c)Any convictions for any type of motor vehicle for the disqualifying offenses
contained in Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Regulations.
(d)More than one conviction for any type of motor vehicle for serious traffic
violations contained in Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Regulations.
(e)Any conviction for a violation of military, state, or local law relating to motor
