Abstract: Authorizes the Wildlife and Fisheries Commission to promulgate rules and
regulations providing for hunting squirrel or rabbit while mounted on a horse or mule
with or without the aid of dogs in wildlife management areas (WMA's).
Proposed law authorizes the Wildlife and Fisheries Commission to promulgate rules and
regulations providing for hunting squirrel or rabbit while mounted on a horse or mule with or
without the aid of dogs in WMA's.
Proposed law requires the rules to provide for the boundaries within specified WMA's and dates
to conduct hunts provided for by 	proposed law.  At a minimum, the dates shall be during the
months of Jan. and Feb. each year.
