BY REPRESENTATIVE FANNIN
APPROPRIATIONS/SUPPLEML:  Makes supplemental appropriations for Fiscal Year
2013-2014
AN ACT1
To appropriate funds and to make certain reductions in appropriations from certain sources2
to be allocated to designated agencies and purposes in specific amounts for the3
making of supplemental appropriations and reductions for said agencies and4
purposes for Fiscal Year 2013-2014; to provide for an effective date; and to provide5
for related matters.6
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:7
Section 1. The following sums are hereby appropriated from the sources specified8
and in the amounts specified for the purpose of making supplemental appropriations for9
Fiscal Year 2013-2014.10

The commissioner of administration is hereby authorized and directed to adjust the1
means of finance for the Administrative Program, as contained in Act No. 44 of the 20132
Regular Session, by reducing the appropriation out of the State General Fund by Fees and3
Self-generated Revenues by ($600,000).4
Section 2. This Act shall become effective upon signature by the governor or, if not5
signed by the governor, upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature6
by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the Constitution of Louisiana.  If7
vetoed by the governor and subsequently approved by the legislature, this Act shall become8
effective on the day following such approval.9

in appropriations as follows: State General Fund (Direct) no change; Interagency Transfers
by $600,000; Fees & Self-generated Revenues by ($600,000); Statutory Dedications by
$4,400,000; and Federal Funds no change.
Effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
