budgetary adjustments for the FY 2013-2014. Provides for net increases (decreases) in
appropriations as follows: State General Fund (Direct) no change; Interagency Transfers by
$600,000; Fees & Self-generated Revenues by ($600,000); Statutory Dedications by $4,400,000;
and Federal Funds no change.
