APPROPRIATIONS/SUPPLEML:  Provides for supplemental appropriations
Report adopts Senate amendments to:
1. Provide for net supplemental appropriation changes for Fiscal Year 2013-2014 as
follows: Interagency Transfers of $15,920,057; Fees and Self-generated Revenues of
$35,213,709; Statutory Dedications of $9,935,678; Federal Funds of $31,512,457.
2. Add supplemental capital outlay appropriations in Fiscal Year 2013-2014 of $3,700,000
for major repairs on state buildings, $900,000 for the Press Street Studios at the New
Orleans Center for the Creative Arts, and $1,333,706 for the Health/Human Performance
Education Complex at McNeese State University. 
3. Deem certain prior appropriations bona fide obligations of the state through June 30,
2015.
Report amends the bill to:
1. Add supplemental appropriations for Fiscal Year 2014-2015 as follows:  State General
Fund (Direct) of $2,000,000; Statutory Dedications of $3,400,005.

Appropriates supplemental funding, and provides for means of financing substitutions and other
budgetary adjustments for FY 2013-2014.  Provides for net increases (decreases) in
appropriations as follows:  State General Fund (Direct) by $1,753,045; Interagency Transfers by
$15,920,057; Fees & Self-generated Revenues by $44,133,312; Statutory Dedications by
$69,999,575; and Federal Funds by $100,012,457.
Additionally appropriates $181,042,275 out of the State General Fund from the FY 2012-2013
surplus and prior year surpluses from nonrecurring sources and $25,000,000 out of Statutory Dedications from nonrecurring sources in FY 2013-2014.  Appropriates  $6,000,000 out of
Statutory Dedications from nonrecurring sources in FY 2014-2015.
Additionally appropriates supplemental funding for FY 2014-2015 as follows: State General
Fund (Direct) of $2,000,000; Statutory Dedications by $3,400,005.
Provisions for FY 2013-2014 effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for
gubernatorial action.  Provisions for FY 2014-2015 effective July 1, 2014.
