Fannin (HB No. 1094) Act No. 55
Appropriates supplemental funding, and provides for means of financing substitutions and
other budgetary adjustments for FY 2013-2014. Provides for net increases (decreases) in
appropriations as follows: State General Fund (Direct) by $1,753,045; Interagency Transfers
by $15,920,057; Fees & Self-generated Revenues by $44,964,947; Statutory Dedications by
$69,999,575; and Federal Funds by $100,012,457.
Additionally appropriates $181,042,275 out of the State General Fund from the FY 2012-
2013 surplus and prior year surpluses from nonrecurring sources and $25,000,000 out of
Statutory Dedications from nonrecurring sources in FY 2013-2014. Appropriates
$6,000,000 out of Statutory Dedications from nonrecurring sources in FY 2014-2015.
Additionally appropriates supplemental funding for FY 2014-2015 as follows: State General
Fund (Direct) of $2,000,000; Statutory Dedications by $3,400,005.
Provisions for FY 2013-2014 effective upon signature of governor (June 12, 2014).
Provisions for FY 2014-2015 effective July 1, 2014.
