AN ACT1
To enact R.S. 22:2171(C)(20), (E)(3), (F)(7), and (G)(7), relative to the Louisiana Property2
and Casualty Insurance Commission; to provide for the membership of the3
commission; to provide that the National Association of Mutual Insurance4
Companies shall appoint a representative to the commission; and to provide for5
related matters.6
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:7
Section 1. R.S. 22:2171(C)(20), (E)(3), (F)(7), and (G)(7) are hereby enacted to read8
as follows:9
ยง2171. Louisiana Property and Casualty Insurance Commission10

C. The commission shall consist of the following members:12

(20) A representative of the National Association of Mutual Insurance14
Companies.15

E. The automobile insurance ad hoc committee shall consist of the following17
members:18

F. The homeowners ad hoc committee shall consist of the following23
