Regular Session, 2014 HOUSE BILL NO. 1269 (Substitute for House Bill No. 716 by Representative Henry) BY REPRESENTATIVE HENRY AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 42:1169(B), relative to certain public employees who report acts2 of impropriety within governmental entities; to provide for certain remedies for such3 public employees; and to provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 42:1169(B) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:6 ยง1169.
