HIGHWAYS:  Provides for the designation of the Flyway Byway as a Louisiana Byway
AN ACT1
To enact R.S. 56:1948.5(65), relative to Louisiana Byways; to designate sections of certain2
highways as the Flyway Byway; and to provide for related matters.3
Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published4
as provided by Article III, Section 13 of the Constitution of5
Louisiana.6
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:7
Section 1.  R.S. 56:1948.5(65) is hereby enacted to read as follows:8
ยง1948.5.  Louisiana Byways designations9
The following highways and sections of highways are hereby designated as10
Louisiana Byways:11

(65) Flyway Byway: LA 99 from its intersection with the west bound ramps13
of I-10 south to its intersection with LA 14, including its routing through Welsh;14
Illinois Plant Road from the Jefferson Davis-Cameron Parish line north to its15
intersection with LA 14; LA 14 from its intersection with Illinois Plant Road east to16
the Jefferson Davis-Vermilion Parish line, including its routing through Lake Arthur;17
LA 3056 from the Jefferson Davis-Cameron Parish line north to its intersection with18
LA 14; LA 26 from its intersection with LA 14 north to its intersection with North19
Frontage Road at the Oil and Gas Park north of I-10, including its routing through20 HLS 14RS-66	ORIGINAL

Lake Arthur and Jennings; and US 90 from its intersection with LA 99 in Welsh east1
to its intersection with LA 26 in Jennings including its routing through Roanoke.2
