Abstract: Authorizes the issuance of hunting and fishing licenses for no charge to native
Louisianians retired from the military.
Present law provides for certain fees to be charged for various hunting and fishing licenses.
Proposed law would allow issuance of hunting and fishing licenses at no charge to any person
who was born in La. and who possesses a valid La. birth certificate and who is retired from the
United States Armed Forces, the La. Army National Guard, or the La. Air National Guard.
