Abstract: Requires the attorney general to submit a quarterly status report on contracts.
Proposed law requires the attorney general to submit a quarterly status report on contracts entered
into by the attorney general to the legislative auditor, the commissioner of administration, and the
Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget. The format shall be determined by the commissioner
of administration. Provides that the status report shall include, for each contract for which
payment has been made in the fiscal year the following:
(1)A description of the contract.
(2)The name of the payee.
(3)The amount paid in the prior quarter.
(4)The amount paid to date in the current fiscal year.
(5)The total amount paid to date over the term of the contract.
