Lopinto (HB 18) Act No. 2
Prior law required the Dept. of Public Safety and Corrections to implement certain pilot
programs utilizing alternative methods of incarceration and electronic monitoring for certain
offenders.
New law repeals prior law.
Effective August 1, 2014.
