Abstract: Adds three substances to the list of Schedule I controlled dangerous substances.
Present law provides for classification of controlled dangerous substances in Schedules I through
V.
Proposed law adds three substances to the list of Schedule I controlled dangerous substances by
creating a miscellaneous designation for substances which have more than one pharmacological
effect.
