New law adds 4-anilino-N-phenethyl-4-piperidine (ANPP) as an immediate precursor to fentanyl to Schedule II. New law adds perampanel, methasterone, and prostanozol to Schedule III. New law adds lorcaserin and alfaxalone to Schedule IV. Effective August 1, 2014.
