Hensgens HB No. 303
Abstract: Provides for the front and rear overhang of vehicles transporting heavy equipment.
Present law provides for oversize dimensions for vehicles not to exceed 12 feet in width, 14 feet
and 4 inches in height, 90 feet in length, and an overhang of 25 feet.
Proposed law retains present law, but clarifies the oversize dimensions of a front and rear
overhang which is not to exceed 25 feet.
