Hensgens (HB 303) Act No. 49
Existing law provides for oversize dimensions for vehicles not to exceed 12 feet in width,
14 feet and 4 inches in height, 90 feet in length, and an overhang of 25 feet.
New law retains existing law, but clarifies the oversize dimensions of a front and rear
overhang which is not to exceed 25 feet.
Effective Aug. 1, 2014.
