Regular Session, 2014 HOUSE BILL NO. 344 BY REPRESENTATIVES ARMES AND HENRY BURNS AN ACT1 To enact R.S. 56:104(B)(3) and 302.2(D), relative to fees for hunting and fishing licenses;2 to provide relative to fees to be paid by surviving spouses of members of certain3 military service branches killed in action; and to provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 56:104(B)(3) and 302.2(D) are hereby enacted to read as follows:6 §104. License fees; reciprocity; exceptions7 * * *8 B.9 * * *10 (3) Any resident of Louisiana who is the surviving spouse of a member of11 the United States Armed Forces, the Louisiana Army National Guard, or the12 Louisiana Air National Guard who was killed in action while in a combat zone, upon13 showing identification and documentation satisfactory to the department, shall be14 issued all hunting licenses and permits for a total fee of two dollars and fifty cents.15 * * *16 §302.2. Exception for certain residents, nonresidents, and military personnel from17 purchase or possession of basic recreational and saltwater license18 * * *19 D.
