Stokes HB No. 398
Authorizes the lease of certain state property in Jefferson Parish from the division of
administration to the responsible offerer whose proposal received an award by the city of Kenner.
Provides for the reservation of mineral rights to the state.
Requires the city of Kenner follow the applicable procedures for letting a contract by a request
for proposals provided in present law and requires the city consult with the office of state
purchasing.
Effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
