ACT No. 61 Regular Session, 2014 HOUSE BILL NO. 414 BY REPRESENTATIVE HAZEL AN ACT1 To amend and reenact Code of Criminal Procedure Article 814(A)(26) and (27), relative to2 responsive verdicts; to provide changes in responsive verdicts for theft and attempted3 theft; and to provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. Code of Criminal Procedure Article 814(A)(26) and (27) are hereby6 amended and reenacted to read as follows: 7 Art. 814. Responsive verdicts; in particular8 A. The only responsive verdicts which may be rendered when the indictment9 charges the following offenses are:10 * * *11 26.
