Shadoin (HB 422) Act No. 651
Existing law authorizes certain religious officials to perform marriage ceremonies when
authorized by the authorities of his religion and when he is registered to perform marriages.
New law retains existing law and also requires the religious official to have attained the age
of majority.
Effective Aug. 1, 2014.
