Designates the portion of La. Highway 21 in St. Tammany Parish, from the Little Tchefuncte
River bridge traveling south to the intersection of I-12, as "South Tyler Street".
Directs the Dept. of Transportation and Development to erect and maintain appropriate signage
reflecting the highway designation.
