CLERKS OF COURT:  Provides relative to requirements for clerks of court
AN ACT1
To repeal R.S. 13:1218, relative to judicial bonds; to remove requirements for clerks to2
record all judicial bonds; and to provide for related matters.3
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:4
Section 1.  R.S. 13:1218 is hereby repealed in its entirety.5

Abstract: Repeals provisions of law requiring clerks to record all judicial bonds.
Present law requires a clerk to record in a bound book all judicial bonds, particularly those
given by tutors, administrators of successions, and curators.
Proposed law repeals present law.
