Abstract: Allows all publicly owned fire department vehicles to use blue colored electric lights.
Present law provides that all publicly owned fire trucks with fire apparatuses and publicly owned
ambulances may use blue colored electric lights.
Proposed law expands the use of blue colored electric lights to all publicly owned fire department
vehicles rather than just fire trucks with fire apparatuses.
