Daniel C. Adams, et al" AN ACT1 To appropriate funds out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2014-2 2015 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Muhammad Juneno3 Iqbal individually and on behalf of the estate of his wife Talat Iqbal, Sahar Iqbal,4 individually and on behalf of the minors, Shanze Al Qadri and Alizay Al Qadri,5 Khurram Iqbal Junejo, Erum Mahfooz, and Sadaf Omer v. Daniel C. Adams, Hatten6 Tire Center, Inc., Lafayette Insurance Company, Excalibur Family Fun7 Entertainment Center, Inc., ABC Insurance Company, and the State of Louisiana8 through the Department of Transportation and Development"; to provide for court9 costs; and to provide for related matters.10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:11 Section 1. The sum of Two Hundred Thousand and No/100 ($200,000.00) Dollars,12 plus court costs in the amount of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-One and No/10013 ($2,781.00) Dollars, is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana14 for Fiscal Year 2014-2015 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled15 "Muhammad Juneno Iqbal individually and on behalf of the estate of his wife Talat Iqbal,16 Sahar Iqbal, individually and on behalf of the minors, Shanze Al Qadri and Alizay Al Qadri,17 Khurram Iqbal Junejo, Erum Mahfooz, and Sadaf Omer v. Daniel C.
