Abstract: Deletes magnetic media from the options for the electronic filing of contribution and
wage reports.
Present law provides that employers accrue and must pay contributions with respect to wages for
employment.
Present law provides for deadlines and time frames for the submission of reports and
contributions.
Present law provides that contribution and wage reports may be filed by magnetic media or other
electronic means.
Proposed law deletes the ability to file by magnetic media and provides that contribution and
wage reports be filed by any electronic means.
