Greene (HB 70) Act No. 319
Prior law required the Crime Victims Reparations Board to submit an annual report to the
legislature and governor detailing its activities during the preceding year.
New law retains prior law but provides that the annual report submitted by the Crime Victims
Reparations Board shall be made available electronically on the website of the La.
Commission on Law Enforcement.
New law requires sufficient copies of the report to be distributed to the governor, the
chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, the chairman of the Senate Committee on
Judiciary C, and to as many others as requested.
Effective upon signature of governor (May 30, 2014).
