Abstract: Requires health care insurers to accept third-party premium payments made pursuant
to the Ryan White HIV/AIDS program.
Proposed law requires health care insurers to accept premium payments made by a third party for
health insurance policies purchased on behalf of individuals pursuant to grants made through the
federal Ryan White HIV/AIDS program.
Effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
