Abstract: Authorizes the Webster Parish Assessment District to provide the office of the
assessor an automobile expense allowance and requires such allowance to be paid from
surplus funds of the assessor's office.
Proposed law authorizes the Webster Parish Assessment District to provide the assessor of such
district an automobile expense allowance equal to 15% of the assessor's annual salary provided
the assessor maintains $300,000 of automobile insurance per accident for bodily injury and
$100,000 of automobile insurance per accident for property damage. Proposed law requires the
expense allowance to be paid from existing funds in the assessor's office.
