Abstract: Creates a statewide standard for the model age and use of school buses.  Prohibits
school buses used to transport students from being more than 25 model years old;
requires activity or backup school buses to be 15 or fewer model years old when acquired;
and prohibits activity or backup buses which are older than 15 model years from being
used more than 60 consecutive school days at a time.
Proposed law prohibits school buses used to transport students, including activity and backup
buses, from being more than 25 years old.  Requires that activity and backup school buses be 15
or fewer model years old.  Prohibits activity and backup buses that are older than 15 model years
from being used more than 60 consecutive school days at a time.
