Abstract: Provides for appointment of members to the Louisiana Health Care Commission
nominated by Health Agents for America and Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers
of Louisiana.
Present law provides for the La. Health Care Commission. Provides for its functions, duties, and
responsibilities.
Proposed law provides for Health Agents for America and Independent Insurance Agents &
Brokers of Louisiana to each nominate one member to the Louisiana Health Care Commission.
