Abstract: Provides for changes in membership of the Louisiana Health Care Commission.
Present law provides for the La. Health Care Commission.  Provides for its functions, duties, and
responsibilities.
Present law provides for a nominee to the commission from the La. State Program of the
American Association of Retired Persons.  Proposed law changes the reference to AARP
Louisiana.
Present law provides for a nominee to the commission from the American Association of Retired
Persons.  Proposed law changes the reference to AARP.
Present law provides for a nominee to the commission from the La. Association of Insurance and
Financial Advisors.  Proposed law changes the reference to NAIFA La.
Proposed law provides for Health Agents for America and Independent Insurance Agents &
Brokers of Louisiana to each nominate one member to the commission.
Present law provides for a nominee from the La. Coalition for Maternal and Infant Health. 
Proposed law repeals present law.
