Abstract: Requires food service establishment inspection reports to be posted on the Dept. of
Health and Hospitals' Internet website within seven days of completion of the inspection.
Present law provides for the sanitary inspection of food service establishments.
Proposed law retains present law and adds the requirement that the Dept. of Health and Hospitals
make all food service establishment inspection reports publicly available by posting a full and
complete copy of each report on the department's Internet website no later than seven days after
completion of the inspection.
