WORKERS COMPENSATI ON: Provides relative to workers' compensation
AN ACT1
To amend and reenact R.S. 23:1142(A)(introductory paragraph), relative to workers'2
compensation; provides with respect to workers' compensation; and to provide for3
related matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. R.S. 23:1142(A)(introductory paragraph) is hereby amended and6
reenacted to read as follows:7
ยง1142. Approval of health care providers; fees8
A. Definitions. For the purposes of this Section, the following terms shall9
have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:10
