Abstract: Prohibits the transport of live feral hogs.
Proposed law prohibits a person from transporting live feral hogs, and provides that a violation of
such shall result in a fine, imprisonment, or both. 
Proposed law provides that a first offense will result in a fine ranging from $500 to $1000 and
imprisonment of up to 90 days.  Specifies that a second offense will result in a fine ranging from
$1000 to $1600, imprisonment ranging from 60 to 90 days, and forfeiture of anything seized in
connection with the violation.  Provides that a third offense will result in a fine ranging from
$1500 to $2000, imprisonment ranging from 90 to 120 days, and forfeiture of anything seized in
connection with the violation.  Provides that a second or subsequent violation shall result in the
revocation of the violator's hunting or trapping license for a period of one year.
