HOUSE BILL NO. 972
BY REPRESENTATIVE HOLLIS
HIGHWAYS:  Designates a portion of U.S. Highway 190 in the parish of St. Tammany as
"Tammany Parkway"
AN ACT1
To designate a portion of U.S. Highway 190 in the city of Mandeville in St. Tammany2
Parish as "Tammany Parkway".3
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:4
Section 1. The section of U.S. Highway 190 in the city of Mandeville in St.5
Tammany Parish from the point of its intersection at Louisiana Highway 22, traveling north6
until the intersection of Rogers Lane, in the city of Covington in the parish of St. Tammany7
shall be hereinafter known and designated as "Tammany Parkway".8
Section 2. The Department of Transportation and Development or its contractors are9
hereby directed to erect and maintain appropriate signage reflecting this designation.10
