Urges and requests the Dept. of Public Safety and Corrections, by Jan 1, 2015, to establish a
Special Needs Express Lane for mobility impaired persons and persons over age 65 at OMV
offices in parishes with a population in excess of 80,000 persons and requires public license tag
agents to post signs notifying mobility impaired persons and senior citizens that they are entitled
to receive priority service as well as signs informing all persons that they will be charged a
convenience fee which is not to exceed $18.
