JOINT RULES: Requires certain information concerning boards and commissions to be
included on the Internet website of the legislature
A CONCURRENT RESOLUTI ON1
To adopt Joint Rule No. 11 of the Joint Rules of the Senate and House of Representatives2
to require certain information relative to boards, commissions, and like entities to be3
included on the official Internet website or portal of the Legislature of Louisiana.4
BE IT RESOLVED by the Legislature of Louisiana that Joint Rule No. 11 of the5
Joint Rules of the Senate and House of Representatives is hereby adopted to read as follows:6
Joint Rule No. 11. Information concerning boards, commissions, and like entities7
The Clerk and the Secretary shall ensure that the following information8
concerning each state board, commission, or like entity created by legislative act is9
published on the official Internet website or portal of the Legislature of Louisiana:10
(1) Statutory citations to provisions specifically creating the board,11
commission, or like entity; providing for its membership; and providing for its12
powers and authority.13
(2) Membership information, including the number, names, and terms of the14

act is published on the official Internet website or portal of the La. state legislature:

entity; providing for its membership; and providing for its powers and authority.
(2)Membership information, including the number, names, and terms of the members
and contact information for the members.
