Memorializes the U.S. Congress to amend the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42
U.S.C. 12181) or to take such actions as are necessary to require that places of public
accommodation and commercial facilities be equipped with seating for persons who are
unable to rise from a seated position without assistance.
