Requests the La. Public Service Commission to review the rules and regulations relative to
wreckers and towing services to ensure that the practices are fair and equitable and submit
a report before March 1, 2015, to the House Committee on Commerce of its findings and of
any proposed rules and regulations to be considered by the La. Public Service Commission.
