Requests the House Committee on Natural Resources and Environment and the House
Committee on House and Governmental Affairs to meet jointly to study issues and the
processes regarding the permitting of hydraulic fracture stimulation in La. Requires the
committees to invite all stakeholders to provide input and recommendations regarding the
study. Requires the committees to compile a report of findings and recommendations and
to submit the report to the House of Representatives no later than 30 days prior to the
2015 R.S.
