Requests that the State Bd. of Elementary and Secondary Education conduct a study relative to
the number of students attending charter schools who, based on the attendance zones of the local
public school system where they reside, would have otherwise attended a public school that
received a letter grade of "D" or "F" for the most recent school year pursuant to the school and
district accountability system and submit a written report of findings to the House Committee on
Education not later than 60 days prior to the 2015 R.S.
