HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 49
BY REPRESENTATIVE BURRELL
A RESOLUTION
To commend the Free and Accepted Masons of the Southern and Western Jurisdiction upon
the celebration of their one hundred forty-fifth biennial session.
WHEREAS, the United Supreme Council, Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of
Scottish Rite of the Southern and Western Jurisdiction, United States of America, its
Territories and Departments Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite (AASR) is celebrating its
one hundred forty-fifth Biennial Session with a week-long event that acknowledges
significant milestones and accomplishments; and
WHEREAS, this event year will unite Masons and Eastern Stars with memories that
bonded them and the history they helped create in the United Supreme Council, AASR; and
WHEREAS, the United Supreme Council, AASR merits a sincere and heartfelt
measure of commendation as its members enjoy this glorious and unforgettable Biennial
Session in the state of Louisiana.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the House of Representatives of the
Legislature of Louisiana does hereby commend the members of the United Supreme
Council, AASR upon the historic and joyous occasion of their one hundred forty-fifth
Biennial Session, does hereby extend enduring appreciation for the tremendous pride and
honor that the Masons and Eastern Stars of the United Supreme Council, AASR bring to the
state of Louisiana and the United States of America, does hereby recognize, honor, and
extend a sincere welcome to the United Supreme Council of the Southern and Western
Jurisdiction of the United States of America, and  does hereby extend to the members best
wishes for continued success and happiness in their future endeavors. ENROLLEDHR NO. 49
