Requests the House Committee on Commerce to study whether any other states levy a tax
on fees collected by money transmitters and realize resulting revenue, the feasibility of
levying a state tax on fees collected by money transmitters in the state of La., the expectation
of revenue to be realized from levying such a tax, and to report the findings of the committee
at least 45 days prior to the 2015 R.S.
