DIGEST Morrell (SB 130) Present law provides for the number of video draw poker devices placed at a qualified truck stop facility to be based on the average monthly fuel sales, which sales require a minimum of number of gallons to be diesel fuel sales. Proposed law retains present law as to the number of video draw poker devices that may be placed at a qualified truck stop facility to be based on the average monthly fuel sales, but removes fuel sale requirements for diesel fuel. Proposed law authorizes sales of any alternative fuel, including but not limited to diesel, compressed natural gas, liquefied natural gas, ethanol, or propane to be counted towards the average monthly fuel sale requirements at qualified truck stops.
