Morrell (SB 132)
Present law provides for confidentiality of certain records held by the Board of Gaming Control.
Proposed law retains present law and authorizes the board to adopt rules to provide for the
release of records containing an applicant's personal history forms or questionnaires, disclosure
forms, or financial statements and records to such applicant or his designee.
Proposed law authorizes the board to give notice of the content of any information or data
furnished or released pursuant to present law to the applicant or licensee to whom the
information pertains.
Effective August 1, 2014.
