Morrell (SB 132) Act No. 683
Prior law provided for confidentiality of certain records held by the Board of Gaming
Control.
New law retains prior law and authorizes the board to adopt rules to provide for the release
of records containing an applicant's personal history forms or questionnaires, disclosure
forms, or financial statements and records to such applicant or his designee.
New law authorizes the board to give notice of the content of any information or data
furnished or released pursuant to prior law to the applicant or licensee to whom the
information pertains.
Effective August 1, 2014.
