Guillory (SB 24) Act No. 679
Prior law, relative to the Sheriffs' Pension and Relief Fund, provided for a president of the
board of trustees to serve a two-year term and for a secretary-treasurer to serve a one-year
term.
New law changes the term "secretary-treasurer" to "vice president" and provides for the
president and vice president to serve three-year terms.
Effective June 30, 2014.
